State Rep Jim Rigby of Pennsylvania's 71st Legislative District is set to host a concealed carry seminar in response to the increasing number of concealed carry permits issued in the state. Rigby stated, "Pennsylvania has now eclipsed the 1 million mark in concealed carry permits issued to residents." The seminar, scheduled for Thursday, April 25, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Cresson Township Volunteer Fire Company, aims to educate permit holders about their responsibilities.

Rigby emphasized, "The event I’m hosting is merely an attempt to ensure permit holders are aware of their responsibilities." He further explained, "The seminar is designed for existing permit holders, as well as anyone who is considering registering for a permit. Our only request is that anyone who is considering attending the seminar register in advance."

Guest speakers at the seminar will include Cambria County Sheriff Don Robertson and Cambria County District Attorney Greg Neugebauer. Rigby announced that there will be a question-and-answer session following the presentations by the guest speakers.

For those interested in attending the seminar, advanced registration can be done by contacting Rigby’s offices in Cresson, Ferndale, or Somerset County.

The seminar organized by Representative Jim Rigby aims to provide valuable information and guidance to concealed carry permit holders and individuals considering obtaining a permit.

For further information or registration, individuals can reach out to Representative Jim Rigby's office at the provided contact details.
